Returns & Refunds policy
At KICKS, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted, the item must:
Be new, unworn, and unwashed
Be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
Show no signs of use, damage, or odor
⚠️ Personalized items (e.g., embroidery) and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, wrong size, or defective product), KICKS will cover the return shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different size or model, subject to availability.
The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
